These Terms of Use set out how and why your personal information will be processed in connection with the use of the Staff Intranet. By accepting these Terms of Use and logging in to the Staff Intranet, you indicate that you will always comply with these Terms of Use.
Personal information relating to your contact details, position, location, professional experience, skills and qualifications, will be accessible to all Users. Your personal information shall be used to allow other Users to locate you and your contact details.
It is essential to ensure that Users can find and connect with you on the Staff Intranet , therefore you are asked to create your own profile. This should contain basic information about yourself such as your name, job title, office location, your work e-mail and telephone number and a summary of your skills and experience. You agree to:

The Staff Intranet allows you to participate in discussions on topics created by functional section owners. You agree that all information that you link to, or reference will be lawful and that you will not link to or reference any content that:
We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorised way, altered or disclosed.
